The Raven

We are known worldwide for a large number of different bird species. Therefore, birdwatching is a very popular activity in our country. The raven is a special bird that represents our nation because of its unique characteristiscs. That’s why it’s the main symbol on our flag. It symbolises intelligence, cunning, transformation, opportunity, prophecy, survival, adaptability, third eye,insights, guidance.

We identify ourselves with a raven so that’s why we use it on our flag as a symbol of our nations. The two black triangles form a yellow triangle in the middle of our flag where the raven is situated. Our yellow and black triangles are associated with the nuclear power sign.
